Request permanent deletion of your PocketDojo account and related personal data. This is available here on the web and inside Member Settings in the CRM.
What happens to your data?
Submitting this request creates a ticket for account-ownership verification and deletion processing. Your account is not erased automatically. Shared school records, associated staff accounts, accounting records and legally required retention need review before fulfillment. We will contact you to confirm the next steps and completion.
Our team will not treat a request as authorization to erase other people's accounts or an entire school's student history without verifying authority.
